Power Sector

  • Rematco signed a 50/50 JV with the Nigerian Engineering and Technical Corporation (NETCO) to develop a FEED for 1000 MW IPP which the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is tendering
  • Rematco is developing a 500 MW Power plant in Nigeria for which it has received an investment Term Sheet from a well know investor
  • A 120 MW IPP venture is being completed in a form of JV with a Major Gas Supplier in Nigeria
  • Rematco is finalizing negotiations of 32 MW HFO and 80 MW dual-fuel generators for one of the States in Nigeria
  • Rematco is completing negotiations to install 440 MW CCGT plant in Libya

Oil & Gas Sector

  • In West Africa, Rematco is developing, in a form of consortium, a Marginal Field Development Package
  • In Nigeria, Rematco and its associates have entered into mandate agreements on four Offshore Assets with overall estimated 300-400 mmboe volumes
  • In Equatorial Guinea, Rematco is in discussions with GEPETROL, to add two additional assets to this portfolio
